A cool rainy day…there must have been 50 or so of these dragonflies, each on a stem, sitting as still as the plant. One could easily have missed them walking past.

    • Thanks! We had a an abundance of dragonflies this year because of all the rain. There were a variety of big ones, small red and black ones, blue and black damselflies, and others I’m sure. It’s always nice to garden with them because you know they’re eating those nasty little mosquitoes! Thanks for the comment!
